1. Service summary

Smilestory Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") provides 12 AI compliance self-assessment diagnostics covering Korea's AI Basic Act, the EU AI Act, US state laws, and Japan's APPI. Reports are estimates generated from your inputs and do not constitute legal advice.

대한민국 주식회사 스마일스토리(Smilestory Co., Ltd.)가 운영하는 AI 컴플라이언스 자가 진단 SaaS입니다. 12개 진단은 한국 AI 기본법, EU AI Act, 미국 주법, 일본 APPI를 동시 매핑합니다. 보고서는 입력 정보 기반 추정이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다.

2. Pricing & payment

Each diagnosis offers three tiers (STANDARD / DELUXE / PREMIUM). Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices include any applicable sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and remits; the amount shown on the Paddle checkout is the total you pay. Your card issuer may convert the amount into your local currency and may add its own foreign-transaction fee — these are set by your card issuer, not by Smilestory Co., Ltd.

각 진단은 STANDARD / DELUXE / PREMIUM 세 가지 요금제가 있습니다. 가격은 미국 달러(USD)로 표시됩니다. 주문과 결제는 온라인 판매 대행사 Paddle.com이 진행하며, Paddle.com이 모든 주문의 판매자(Merchant of Record)입니다. 결제 관련 고객 문의와 환불은 Paddle이 처리합니다. 가격에는 해당되는 부가세·판매세가 포함되어 있으며 Paddle이 계산·납부합니다. Paddle 결제 화면에 표시된 금액이 최종 결제 금액입니다. 카드사가 금액을 원화 등 현지 통화로 환산하며, 카드사가 정한 해외 결제 수수료가 붙을 수 있습니다(주식회사 스마일스토리가 정하는 금액이 아닙니다).

3. Refunds

Free tier results require no payment. Paid reports come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, including after the report PDFs have been downloaded. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, in the currency you paid (USD); because exchange rates change, the amount in your local currency on your card statement may differ from the original charge. Once a refund is issued, the report download links stop working. See the Refund Policy. Consumer rights under the laws of your country are not affected.

무료 결과는 결제가 필요 없습니다. 유료 보고서는 14일 환불 보장이 적용되어, 결제 후 14일 안에는 보고서 PDF를 내려받았더라도 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 환불은 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle.com이 결제한 통화(USD)로 처리하며, 환율이 바뀌어 카드 명세서의 원화 금액은 처음 결제 금액과 다를 수 있습니다. 환불되면 보고서 다운로드 링크는 더 이상 열리지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 환불 정책을 참고하세요. 소비자가 사는 나라의 법에 따른 권리는 그대로 보장됩니다.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information for your own organization.
• Do not use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading compliance claims.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the diagnostic logic without written permission.

5. Liability

Smilestory Co., Ltd.'s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected report in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory penalties resulting from reliance on a report. Always validate compliance decisions with a licensed attorney.

6. Governing law

Republic of Korea law governs. EU consumers retain mandatory protections under their local law. Disputes: Seoul Central District Court (한국 서울중앙지방법원) is the agreed venue, except where local consumer law mandates otherwise.
