1. Service summary

SmileStory provides 12 AI compliance self-assessment diagnostics covering Korea's AI Basic Act, the EU AI Act, US state laws, and Japan's APPI. Reports are estimates generated from your inputs and do not constitute legal advice.

대한민국 SmileStory가 운영하는 AI 컴플라이언스 자가 진단 SaaS입니다. 12개 진단은 한국 AI 기본법, EU AI Act, 미국 주법, 일본 APPI를 동시 매핑합니다. 보고서는 입력 정보 기반 추정이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다.

2. Pricing & payment

Each diagnosis offers three tiers (STANDARD / DELUXE / PREMIUM). Pricing displayed in your local currency is processed by Stripe Multi-currency with Stripe Tax applied automatically (EU VAT, Korea VAT, Japan consumption tax). Final amount is shown at Stripe Checkout.

3. Refunds

Free tier results require no payment. Paid PDFs are non-refundable once generated. EU consumers may invoke the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU before the report is generated; once delivered, that right is exhausted under Article 16(m) (digital content with consent).

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information for your own organization.
• Do not use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading compliance claims.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the diagnostic logic without written permission.

5. Liability

SmileStory's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected report in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory penalties resulting from reliance on a report. Always validate compliance decisions with a licensed attorney.

6. Governing law

Republic of Korea law governs. EU consumers retain mandatory protections under their local law. Disputes: Seoul Central District Court (한국 서울중앙지방법원) is the agreed venue, except where local consumer law mandates otherwise.
