14-day money-back guarantee.
You can request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments and processes refunds.
What is refundable
- The full purchase amount, for any order made within the last 14 days — including orders whose report PDFs have already been downloaded.
- All tiers (STANDARD, DELUXE, PREMIUM) of every diagnosis.
- Refunds are made in the currency you paid (USD) to your original payment method by Paddle.com, usually arriving within 5–10 business days. Because exchange rates change, the amount in your local currency on your card statement may differ from the original charge, and your card issuer may not return its own foreign-transaction fee.
- Consumer rights under the laws of your country (for example, EU consumer law) are not affected by this policy.
How to request a refund
- Email wiasoom@smilestory.ai with the email address you used for the order and the payment date, or
- Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using your order receipt.
- We reply within 1 business day. Once a refund is issued, your report download links stop working.
Enterprise contracts
Separately signed enterprise agreements follow the cancellation terms in that agreement, which will never be shorter than this 14-day guarantee for online purchases.

주문과 결제는 온라인 판매 대행사 Paddle.com이 진행하며, Paddle.com이 모든 주문의 판매자(Merchant of Record)입니다. 결제와 환불 처리는 Paddle이 합니다.
환불 범위
- 결제 후 14일 이내의 주문은 전액 환불됩니다. 보고서 PDF를 이미 내려받은 주문도 포함됩니다.
- 모든 진단의 전 요금제(STANDARD · DELUXE · PREMIUM)에 적용됩니다.
- 환불은 Paddle.com이 결제하신 통화(USD)로 원래 결제 수단에 돌려드리며, 보통 영업일 5~10일 안에 도착합니다. 환율이 바뀌어 카드 명세서의 원화 금액은 처음 결제 금액과 다를 수 있고, 카드사가 받은 해외 결제 수수료는 돌려받지 못할 수 있습니다.
- 소비자가 사는 나라의 법(예: 전자상거래법, EU 소비자법)에 따른 권리는 이 정책과 관계없이 그대로 보장됩니다.

- 주문에 쓴 이메일 주소와 결제일을 적어 wiasoom@smilestory.ai 로 보내 주시거나,
- 주문 영수증으로 Paddle(paddle.net)에 직접 신청하실 수 있습니다.
- 영업일 기준 1일 안에 답장드립니다. 환불되면 보고서 다운로드 링크는 더 이상 열리지 않습니다.
기업 계약
별도로 서명한 기업 계약은 그 계약의 해지 조항을 따르며, 온라인 구매의 14일 환불 보장보다 짧지 않습니다.
